Information you provide

The contact and data/sample submission forms open Gmail with the information you enter pre-filled in a draft. The website does not submit these forms to its own server or store the form entries. Information you choose to send is processed by the relevant email providers and handled by SNPlex Genomics for responding to your inquiry or reviewing your data/sample submission.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general website usage and improve its content and services. The Google Analytics script is not requested or initialized unless you select “Allow analytics.”

Analytics may include pages viewed, approximate location, referring website, browser and device category, and interactions such as contact link clicks. Google may process technical information, including an IP address, to provide the service.

SNPlex Genomics does not intentionally send names, email addresses, organizations, project descriptions, contact-form contents, or other directly identifying inquiry or submission information to Google Analytics. Form measurement is limited to a generic lead event.

Consent and analytics choices

Analytics is optional and disabled by default. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the website can remember it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting “Analytics choices” in the website footer. Declining analytics does not limit access to the website.

Withdrawing consent prevents further analytics collection from this website. You may also clear existing analytics cookies through your browser settings.

Storage and retention

The analytics consent choice remains in browser storage until you change it or clear that storage. When analytics is accepted, analytics identifiers are configured to expire after no more than 13 months, although browser behavior may shorten that period.

Event-level analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics property and may use Google’s available retention periods. Aggregated reports may remain after event-level information expires. Contact inquiries and data/sample submissions sent by email are retained only as needed to respond, review the submission, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Hosting and technical logs

The hosting platform may process standard request and security information, such as IP address, requested page, browser details, timestamps, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the website. These hosting operations are separate from optional Google Analytics.

External services

The website includes optional links to LinkedIn, Gmail, and WhatsApp. Those services are contacted only when you choose to open their links and are governed by their own privacy practices.

When analytics is accepted, Google processes analytics information under its own terms and privacy policy. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
